Henderson Condos

These condominiums were originally the sight of Godchaux Sugar Refinery, and the building retains its historical quality, with heavy timber and brick in the architectural frame. There is an attractive brick walkway in front of the building, with archways done in the old brick style. Henderson Condos were converted from an apartment building in 1996, and thus is one of the first condominium conversions in the Arts District.

Living at the Henderson

This condominium offers one and two bedroom units. Some of the units are in the loft style, which adds an airy quality to the dwelling space. Updated units feature fine and modern details such as spa inspired bathrooms that add to the luxury here. Another added benefit of living in this community is the rooftop patio and clubhouse for relaxing and entertaining friends.

Henderson Condos are only two blocks from Convention Center Blvd., making it a convenient location from which to enjoy events at the Convention Center. Mulate’s Restaurant is also two blocks away, offering residents the finest of Louisiana cuisine. Commerce St. bisects Julia, with its many art galleries, studios, and museums. Residents of Henderson are thus able to walk to events in the heart of the Arts District, such as Jammin on Julia held each spring. This celebration of the arts truly brings the party to the doorsteps of those who live in this community. The luxury, the convenience, the culture; all that one dares to dream of may be found from within these condominiums.

“Seriously the most knowledgeable and experienced real estate agent I’ve ever met. I fully trust him. He’s highly organized and very sharp with the contracts. If you’re going to sell a house or buy one, you have to get him. Once you work with Jason, you’ll never even think about working with any other realtor, ever.” – Temple Callahan
